Scheduled for deployment in the coming weeks is the Customer Portal!!

In an effort to improve customer relations and decrease technical service response times the combined companies of Fisher Parking & Security, Inc. and IPCOM by FISHER have deployed an improved service fusion system. Part of this newly deployed system is a customer facing web portal available to FISHER & IPCOM customers.

Here is quick overview of how the Web Portal works for our customers.

The Customer Facing Web Portal allows you as a FISHER/IPCOM customer to login and view your work history, update your communication preferences, update your addresses & contact information, PLUS request new jobs or submit up to four photos for an online estimate. The Customer Facing Web Portal has a mobile interface via APP; which we will outline separately.

Accompanying the Customer Web Portal is our mobile APP. The mobile APP is a tool to enhance your communication with our technical staff and office while you are on the go. We encourage you to use our web based customer portal for a more detailed look at your service history and account. You can find the FISHER/IPCOM Web Portal HERE.
