IPCOM Sales Position

Systems Sales Executive
IPCOM – Kansas City, MO

IPCOM, a division of Fisher Parking & Security, Inc. is building a sales team responsible for selling advanced Access Control, Voice and Video solutions to business ranging from small to large. We’re looking for dynamic, result-oriented individuals with the ability to meet sales goals, work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, and to grow company revenues.


  • Drive business growth by making face-to-face consultative sales for network-based technologies.
  • Grow business through developing and maintaining sales plans for a specific territory and for each account, including identifying new prospects using multiple sources of sales leads.
  • Make sales presentations to customers. Use selling techniques to leverage the position of IPCOM and promote the products we offer.
  • Meet or exceed designated monthly quota.


  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8am -5pm and provide own transportation (travel mileage will be reimbursed.)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business to Business Sales experience with quotas a plus
  • Telecommunications sales experience
  • Knowledge of local telecom market and contacts
  • Some College or College Degree

Education: High school or equivalent +

Required License: Drivers license with clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base salary guaranteed plus uncapped incentive-based commission pay. High performers have the potential to earn $100,000 or more annually.
